Poor management ruined a great place to work - Anonymous employee Funky Pigeon Employee Review

New management and overspending have sadly killed this place. Redundancies, cost cutting, lack of respect/appreciation of staff. It's got the feel of a sinking ship these days, and company happiness is in the toilet. I think it says a lot when the chair of an e-commerce business can barley use a computer. WHSmiths have recently sold high street, so i wouldn't be suprised if FP was next on the block, speculation but i'd just keep that in mind.
