Wouldn’t recommend - Operations Fuse Energy Employee Review

Pros

No opportunity given to express myself on it.

Cons

The company lacks a structured and meaningful recruitment process. Interviews are often conducted by interns, who tend to select candidates based on personal preference rather than skill, experience, or potential. There is no fair or objective assessment of competencies, which reflects poorly on the professionalism of the organization. In terms of the Operations team, the role seems to be about finding someone to absorb an overwhelming amount of work from various business areas, without clear direction or criteria. It appears more like a dumping ground than a strategically defined function. Overall, I would not recommend Fuse Energy to anyone seeking a fair and professional recruitment experience or looking to build meaningful skills and a long-term career.

Pros

Daily Deliveroo allowance is good.

Cons

Intense workloads (80-100 hour weeks). You’re expected to manage multiple different roles with the company. You get messaged outside of working hours to complete new work ASAP. You’re expected to always be working. There’s no company social life either.
