Fuse has a unique opportunity to lead the market and help advance our client's learning strategies and the value they get from investments in talent development. I find the culture to be very collaborative and the leadership team professional and completely focused on helping to grow the business and delight our clients. My experience as a female at Fuse has been extraordinarily positive especially with leadership. I feel valued, supported and respected.

As with any start up and Fuse feels like a start up, you have to be very independant and entrepreneurial to get move opportunities and initiatives forward. This is only a con if you are a person who needs to be told what to do or if you aren't a self-starter.
