Low salary adjustment(especially year 2020, my colleagues and I got around 2.5% the company also gain profit). Low bonus. No opportunity for career path, lack of good working environments(low quality laptop, without mouse, without monitor). Thai style company culture. Company don't care much about employees, but always tell employees to love company.
