      Pros of this company is it has lots of cons.

      Cons

      All mallbaris filled up with no proper management All about giving bribe and parties to the client management people No proper salary date to employees No allowance No holidays Just only billing to clients all fake commitments Don't have value for their employees They treat employees like animals

      Only Salary on time. No deductions

      Cons

      High work pressure with no clear work-life boundaries. There are no fixed working hours, and it's common to receive messages or calls from line managers even late at night. Taking leave is challenging, and even when approved, you're often expected to work remotely.
