Pros

Health insurance and a paycheck. The only other positive I can think of is that if you do sign on and really don't like it, you'll move on to something else within a years time. The average tenure at this place is something like 10-14 months. Also, can confirm with the other reviewers that the reviews submitted on October 6th were submitted by the company's leadership in an attempt to pad their rating on this site (any company rebuttal is a bold-faced lie) - that alone speaks for itself.

Cons

The environment is toxic, false promises about bonus opportunity, no opportunity for advancement, salaries are below industry average (that's how they make their money), I could go on and on - just think of all the qualities you would like to see in a great company - and take the opposite of that.

Pros

Opportunity. Gabriel Partners is currently one of the fastest growing companies in Cleveland (roughly 50 folks two years ago over 150 today). This growth and excitement provides many opportunities for driven people to shine. There is certainly no lack of work/tasks to go around. If you have the gumption to step forward and take on responsibility a door will open. Walk or run; you choose. Smart folks who are willing to work hard will strive in the environment these partners/business owners have created.

Cons

The growth the company is experiencing is directly related to the amount of work the partners/business leaders are bringing in. The AML/BSA regulations imposed on financial institutions are vast and ever changing. This company is positioned to provide effective solutions to institutions needing assistance to stay in compliance. This is great, the company is creating a lot of higher paying jobs in Cleveland in an exciting industry. However, more work turns into more deadlines and longer hours for the current staff as the partners try to hire and train a large enough workforce to satisfy the demand. The fast paced environment also makes it very difficult to hide. If you are looking for a job where you can go unnoticed, look elsewhere.
