Very collaborative, ability to learn from veterans in the industry. Solid company who has survived every recession. Hybrid work model - I genuinely enjoy going into the office to see my coworkers, but also value remote days for work that requires more quiet focus. Room for growth - ability to run a split desk or move into other roles in time. Gainor supports you in getting involved in other areas of the business you are interested in.

None. I have been at Gainor 10 years and can genuinely say that people enjoy being there. As long as you have the drive, dedication, and commitment to succeed, and utilize your resources, there's no reason you won't do well. However, it is not an environment you can expect to operate completely independently. It's very collaborative and hands-on. Leadership will do everything to hep you succeed. It's also not an easy industry; agency recruitment in NYC is highly competitive, not everyone is built for it, but can be highly lucrative as well!
