      Pros

      Cool product with a lot of potential.

      Cons

      Very youthful founders with no prior work experience leads to a hectic and uncertain work environment. When things get tough, everything falls apart and there are no good communication pathways. In a recent layoff they handled everything extremely poorly including that they let go a high percentage of the queer staff on the second day of pride month.

      The design team was very talented, and the CPO Jinen is an incredible design leader. There’s a very diverse array of skill sets so you have a chance to work with many different projects. People are also very chill generally
