Pros

GemFind has a great product. I truly believe that they offer a much better solution than the competition. Owner and VP are great people to work with, and care about the team.

Cons

The market was tough due to factors that impacted the industry as a whole. However, I could already see it bouncing back by the time I left. I have no doubt that GemFind will continue to innovate as the market changes.

Pros

Like being spied on all day? Opportunity to work in the dynamic jewelry industry, gaining specialized knowledge. Working here will burn you out. They promise allot and deliver little. The manager owner will sell you the world , all the while being vindictive, rude, and disconnected with the industry. Pro's would be working on old systems that break all the time. It'll teach you to deal wit angry clients and a management team that points fingers, as they have no skill set.

Cons

Just read the reviews negative, as they are the real reviews Being spied on constantly by owner . I figure he can't trust anyone, as his promised should not be trusted., 1 # is the lack of accountability from the top down. Working at Gemfind comes with significant challenges, particularly due to poor management from the top down. The lack of clear communication and direction from senior leaders often results in confusion and frustration among employees. Promises made by management are frequently broken, leading to distrust and low morale. Additionally, there is a lack of accountability and support, which hinders professional growth and project success. These issues create a toxic work environment, making it difficult for employees to thrive and achieve their potential. They'll tell you what to do, how to do it, when to do it, you have zero independence. Yet the owner is a tax cheat, and will treat you as an employee but your paid as a private contractor.
