The owners are horrible people. They scream at employees in the middle of the office on regular occasions. They don’t pay on time as a power trip. They constantly play mind games with you. The staff turnover is very high because most people don’t last 9 months. I had to go to therapy after this.
Gained experience in other roles I didn't expect to be doing when I first started.

Lack of Leadership.
No parking for non-management and not located on a public transport route.
Very high turnover.
Students and grads taken on to carry out the roles of far more experienced staff with little to no support.
