Pros
Very good brands that are well known and makes job easier selling in promotions. Good training opportunities if you take advantage of them.
Cons
Gone through 3 layoffs in 3 years.Seen older employees pushed out and replaced with younger employees. Their position wasn't ended but their jobs were. Company has pending age discrimination lawsuits against them. They tell younger employees you have to move with the company or it could hurt or possibly end your career. Ended their pension plan and removed stock sharing with Managers at mid level down
