Very decent facilities - office infrastructure, canteen, IT support. An overall calm atmosphere, even a sedate pace of interaction and work, overall cordiality of atmosphere

No clear assignation of job role, or intimation of KRA. Lack of decisions/approvals for implementation to move forward. Less use of rationale or business considerations and more dependence on subjectivity, arbitrariness and favouritism.
