Pros

reasonable pay, and decent monthly contribution to 401K

Cons

There is no room for growth in an Admin position and they mention that in your interview, when they found out I was applying for another job they terminated me and labeled it as a change in relationship, but when other agencies contacted them for a reference they lied and said it was due to poor working habits. The retaliation with this company and their HR department is absurd and unprofessional, they do not want to see you succeed outside their company unless you want to get your CPA license

Pros

I was a bit nervous to make a move from my previous firm that I enjoyed but I am so glad that I did. Gilbert CPAs leadership has been more than amazing. Great benefits and work life balance and they give good bonuses/pay raises every year!

No cons, they are a great place to work!

Pros

The culture is really great and the people are very diverse. There are many opportunities to develop close relations with colleagues. Because everyone’s background is so diverse, you can find someone with similar interests to yours. They offer a competitive pay and standard benefits for the industry.

Cons

If you’re not good at communicating boundaries or setting expectations, it can get pretty easy to drown in work and stress. Work life balance can also take a toll after the second year of employment. Bonuses are determined seemingly arbitrarily. Also, if you don’t have extrovert skills, it can be hard to integrate yourself in already close knit cliques.
