Pros

Good for interns as you can get good exposure and use that to join a good organization in future.

Cons

Management is arrogant and egoistic. Employees are treated as slaves. Getting loud during arguments and sometimes using very unprofessional language. No personal space or care, they will intensionally stop you from stepping out of office by conducting a useless meeting. CEO plays minds games where in he will keep you on realising that he is the CEO. Saturday working. At the time of hiring, leaders will lie about their cultures. Overall atmosphere of depression around the office. Hire and Fire. People will disappear suddenly. Fake reviews to hide honest reviews.

Pros

I joined as a Frontend Intern during my 6th semester with very limited industry exposure, and the experience has been incredibly rewarding. The company has grown significantly since I joined, and it’s been exciting to witness and be part of that journey. The culture here stands out—everyone, from peers to senior leadership, is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you learn and grow. One of the best aspects is the strong focus on upskilling. As the industry evolved with AI and changing demands, the management proactively encouraged frontend developers to expand into full-stack roles. This not only improved our skill set but also made us more industry-ready. You get real ownership of your work early on, which accelerates learning. There’s a good balance of guidance and independence, which helps build confidence. Apart from work, the company also puts effort into team bonding and culture through celebrations like Ganesh Chaturthi, Secret Santa, and other events, making the workplace enjoyable and lively. Overall, it's a great place to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation early in your career.

Cons

At times, work hours can extend beyond the usual, especially when there are tight deadlines or high ownership tasks. However, these situations often come with meaningful learning, responsibility, and visible impact, which makes the extra effort feel worthwhile.

Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience working at GoComet. The founders are genuinely empathetic and approachable. They make the effort to listen, and you don’t feel like just another employee in the system. That kind of leadership sets the tone for the rest of the company. One of the best parts about working here is the level of ownership you get. You’re trusted to take decisions, experiment, and even fail without it being held against you. There’s a strong focus on learning and iterating, which makes the work feel meaningful rather than just execution driven. The company is also on a solid journey toward becoming AI native, so there’s a lot of exposure and learning in that space. If you’re curious about AI and how it’s applied in real business use cases, you’ll get plenty of opportunities to build that muscle here. Work culture is collaborative and fairly low on bureaucracy. People are helpful, teams work well together, and in most cases there’s no micromanagement. You’re given the space to do your job, and that trust goes a long way in keeping things motivating. On the employee wellbeing front, there are some thoughtful policies in place like paternity leave and menstruation leave. It shows that the company is trying to be inclusive and progressive in a practical way. Overall, it’s a place where you can grow, take ownership, and be part of a team that’s building something meaningful.

Cons

No room for complacency and weak ownership
