      Pros

      Golder/WSP provides excellent hands on training and I would say that it is a great company to start out your career.

      Cons

      As a junior staff you are expected to work out of town a lot. Like a lot a lot. Your base pay is absolute garbage, but management seems to think that’s okay because you get lots of overtime. Work/life balance is a myth here.

      Most of the employees and management were very friendly

      Cons

      The company was disorganized at times and the training was barely existent when I started. No opportunities for career growth. There was a disconnect from office to office at times.
