Pros

Support from some team members even from other locations.

Cons

Negative behaviors within the team and throughout company allowed. Concerns ignored. Too many expectations without enough training. Not living up to what I was told in the interview process with pay, how incentives work, etc. a lot of change in short period of time. Things are unorganized and communication is slow.

Pros

Hybrid work schedule and convenient location

Cons

PTO is accrued and the amount of hours is very low.Position is hourly instead of salary.Training procedures for new hires is not efficient causes re-training and/or errors.Salary below the industry standard for this position.Some departments receive bonuses and others don't . Long hours worked.
