if you are a fresher then this is good for learing aspect without thinking about salary.
Cons
Work cluture is very bad, people will judge you if you speak in hindi or english, people prefer to speak in marathi only, if you are not marathi person then employees always tryy to pull you down,=. salary is also not credited on time, after2 to 3 months you will get salary of 1 month, sometime it may increase to 4 to 5 months. work clusture is very bad for me salary is still pending for last 3 months it about 1 year still they wont provided the salary.
