Great startup with a lot of potential - Marketing Gridware(CA) Employee Review

Excellent group of employees, nice, kind and technically strong.

Most of leadership is excellent, but sometimes miss the mark.

1) Very friendly employees. I would say this is the friendliest group of people I have worked with. 2) Very clean facilities. Company makes it known from the first day that you are required to clean up after yourself whenever you make a mess. 3) Great mission and employees are eager to work towards this mission. 4) Highly intelligent employees. Many of these employees are early in their career but I can see them becoming very successful at this company or any of the large market cap companies.

1) Lab facilities are subpar. The company has raised millions but I have had freshman undergraduate classes that had much higher quality equipment than this company has. 2) Hardware lacks engineering rigor in design. 3) Facility is too small for rapidly evolving team. 4) Unrealistic expectation for scaling growth. Refer back to 2) for reasoning 5) Company had a large layoff in past indicating that leaders don't have a clear vision for growth.
