Talk down to you, reminds employees they are expendable. Very low pay for working 39 weeks on the road and only being home 13 weeks a year. Management will spin there short comings onto you, make crews the escape goats. Zero appreciation for sacrificing your life to do what they ask of you on the road away from home.
