      Nice people, relatively good work life balance (but annoying when the good work life balance is used to justify low pay - it's not like there are never late nights, it is a law firm after all)

      Low pay, below market standard Benefits could be better (also below market standard)

      Flexible face time expectations, business casual dress code, flexible expense policy, company-paid professional development

      Cons

      Limited opportunity, significant salary compression, lack of succession plan, lack of direction, difficult personalities, generally a run-on-the-bank situation
