      Some fantastic colleagues who work hard and are supportive

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and honesty. The business talks the talk but can not deliver what is promised. Small group who lead the business are stagnant and lack integrity.

      It used to be a great company for growth and making a difference.

      Cons

      After the Bain acquisition, the entire leadership team was replaced my Avanade leadership and their culture is micromanagement and incompetency disguised as 5 layers of management.
