The developers here have so much potential that management is unable to tap due to management not knowing how tech works.

Management doesn't understand how the SDLC works. They claim to use Agile, but are just doing waterfall with standups and a Kanban board. HR and other employees will lash out on people based on false rumors. Many of their employees lied on their resumes and are not who they say they are including people high up in the organization. Very pro-Israel company. Do not accommodate vegans
