Despite the fast-paced nature of the work, there is a genuine "team-first" mentality that makes the day-to-day environment very rewarding. If you value intellectual stimulation and working alongside experts, you will find plenty of it here.

While the firm is expanding, it struggles with internal coordination during this growth phase. Much of this seems to stem from a Private Equity-backed "roll-up" strategy; the rapid acquisitions often outpace our ability to integrate processes and vision. Additionally, the firm struggles to successfully transition senior leaders from corporate or government backgrounds into consulting roles. There is a noticeable lack of formal preparation or "onboarding to consultancy" for these experts, which can lead to friction for those who have decades of experience but are new to the advisor model.
