Cons
Ownership is crazy and makes uneducated, unnecessary, and destructive decisions. They vary between periods of absence in day-to-day and period of extreme disruption and micromanagement. Horrible history of turnover, which is continuing to happen leading to untrained mid-level managers and entry-level employees. Salary's are below market standards. Cannibalistic work environment where people are "out to get you". Extreme disregard for replenishing resources, so IT department is lacking and causes issues for entire company. Disregard for legal compliance.
