      Very positive work environment. Communication is usually top notch. Co-workers are willing to share knowledge and coach you when you need help in weak areas. They do a great job recognizing people for their hard work and dedication to the students.

      Cons

      Salary comes slightly low for the amount of experience professionals have in their respective field.

      >>The turn over in the last 20 years shows the poor people skills of the owner. How with his revolving door mentality on with employee retention they have managed to expand is beyond me.
