Lots of nice people that you’ll become friends with. Company breakfasts. You can use your job title as leverage to find a better job somewhere else.
Cons
Very old technology and upper management. Upper management is allergic to progress, efficiency, good ideas, hybrid work, and livable wages. CEO checked out years ago. People quit all the time. Everyone is over worked. Everyone is stressed. Accounting is the only department that has decent wages.
