Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. At Hilti, we do encourage open feedback through a number of channels including; Glassdoor, Times Top 100 Employers and our Global Employee Opinion Survey (GEOS). We do this so that we can engage our employees on a number of topics and work with them to generate improvement action plans where necessary, which we then review at regular check points throughout the year. Whilst we don’t promote or encourage our employees to leave positive reviews, we do advertise the fact that both employees and external candidates have the opportunity to have their say (positive or negative) through these channels. Here at Hilti, each employee also has a very clear individual development plan which is reviewed on a regular basis and we’re proud that 80% of management roles are filled by internal candidates because of this process - but we’d love the opportunity to discuss this topic and your feedback further with you.
