Pros
LIFE-WORK Balance is something one thrives for and thats the best in this company. Great atmosphere and great people are here and the salaries are pretty decent. Great leadership and teams @ Sales. Its a place to be in...if not for a few things
Cons
Issues are something that have arose in the last couple of years otherwise this was a dream company for many. Random new policies, harsh business decisions made because of certain bad customers and these effect other good customers. Growth is very slow. Incentive schemes are becoming tougher by the day and salary increments causing employees to get demotivated from what used to be a dream company.
