Pros

Love the health and wellness program at the bank with the Fitbits, Health Fair opportunity and ability to participate at no cost in a local 5K and Half Marathon. Love the flexability given for personal issues, with notice was able to schedule around school events for my kids. Love the people I work with!

Cons

There has been less room for advancement at the upper levels due to lack of turnover, but hopefully will be growing soon.

Pros

The training modules are straight-foreword. The Senior Tellers at each branch are there to help you, no matter your question. It is easy to avoid currency mistakes, as there are currency counters in each branch you are encouraged to use.

Cons

The amount of training modules seems endless. If you make a mistake in giving/receiving cash, it could cost you your job depending on how much. Some people that are still customers are not the greatest to deal with.

Pros

I have received training that I need for my position both online and through tuition reimbursement getting my degree without any cost, excellent plan. The annual employee meeting and Christmas Party at Boulder Ridge Country Club are fun and top notch that most companies don't do anymore. Benefits are through BCBS and now they start 1st of month after starting. They have fun bagel days monthly, jeans on Friday and Saturday. Get to meet other employees at President's lunch. More job advancement opportunity recently due to retirements. Majority of associates have been with the company for 10 plus years with someone recently retiring at 46 years.

Cons

In the past not much room for growth outside of Retail, but that has changed with multiple people retiring higher up.
