      Decent Pay, Private Medical Insurance, Lease car scheme after 3 yrs, Good people to work with, Subsidised Meals

      Cons

      Very Long working hours, No work life balance at all, no flexi time or work from home options for office associates. Micro managing to name a few.

      Pros

      Just Finished my week at the Pro Center will be starting in the ALMC Department at AEP on monday and am personally looking forward to it. Ive read mixed reviews but I believe every experience is what you make it.
