Cons
This company is run by people who cannot make difficult, data-driven decisions. Instead, they prefer to blame people who call out hard truths for not being committed to the (inscrutable) mission. There’s no interest in evolving to meet the market, which is why they are so behind on AI while competitors close big funding rounds. There’s zero curiosity about what enterprise customers actually need and the constraints they face.
This was the most unhealthy culture I’ve ever experienced and it shows up in the product, the marketing, and in the field. People management is a joke, which is ironic given the constant holier than thou posting/speaking about engineering leadership and culture.
