      Pros

      Relatively flat organization. Opportunity to work with C level customers. International environment. Good Yearly Bonus. Very good internal data base of files, studies, papers for consulting projects.

      Cons

      Too many chinese employees in the region. Still very focused in mandarin language. Career development was limited for non-chinese employees. Traveling conditions were not good, low allowance and long time being abroad.
