Pros

- Casual office working environment. - A beer on a Friday. - Very easy barrier to entry positions.

Cons

- While it can certainly be a casual working environment, its depends on the managers/boss moods. Some days you can have a chat with your colleague while working others they will tell you to stop and whilst the managers and boss converse amongst themselves. - 24/7 surveillance. The boss has access to all the monitors and can watch what you're doing live and it's slowed down the machines when he was doing it. Managers would listen to you on cameras and speak through the Alexa's to get you to stop. Very strange for such a small office. - Poor pay and small room for growth. They hire friends and family and give them a decent salary, but not if they don't know you. You will be as cheap as possible and they will promise you payrises but they never come unless you're in a management position ( which is 50% off the office).

Pros

Great pay if you sell good, has a base pay as well. Big Company. Easy everyday schedule because you're in charge of yourself. Super fun to do events at senior centers and other days you get to do remote administrative work. Get to travel once a year on a free company trip for AEP.

Cons

They were very rude and unprofessional with us after being laid off. They acted like we were fired and immediately shut all our laptops and phones down. The management was super rude and literally gave us no chance to ask questions regarding our severance or health insurance or anything! Anytime you reach out to someone it's like no one knows and you just get sent on a phone chase. Before all of this, Humana seems to have a lot of things in place that hold their own agents back from selling. Multiple people I enrolled were stolen by Humana's call centers. How does that make sense? Then it would be a whole phone chase before they fixed their own mistake. Next to that they say you can grow in the company, but it is almost impossible.
