Pros
Can be promoted if your willing to move around the country. Lots of younger, ambitious managers that make work exciting and fun.
Cons
Have to move to be promoted, difficult to stay in same location for too long. Have to work 12 to 14 hour days, and weekends and holidays are almost mandatory. Since the hotel is still open on your days off, be prepared to get calls about issues that come up.
