Pros

Like every other company there are these good things: 1. Salary is on time. 2. Opportunity to learn new things and propose POCs. 3. Working for some Key brands in Qatar. 4. For sometime you will feel truly valued as a resource.

Cons

1. They pay peanuts compared to the industry around the world and what they charge from their clients on a head count. 2. All your learnings will only stay POC, as they purely work to deliver that would please some stakeholders who pay key role in their contract renewal. 3. Any innovation that happens in these brands are through big IT tech Organisations such as Oracle, Accenture, etc... 4. As long as you slog and work hard you are valued. The min you challenge they working style and bring in changes, you will thrown out like trash. If you are in a critical role for the renewal of contract, you will be all ways under pressure making your life hell. 5. No workalike balance.

Pros

Excellent Work Culture: The company promotes a healthy, respectful, and collaborative environment. Teams are supportive, and management values open communication. Good Salary and Benefits: Compensation packages are competitive and often above the market average in Qatar. Employees are rewarded fairly for their contributions. Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours and reasonable workloads make it easy to maintain a balance between professional and personal life. Cooperative HR Department: The HR team is approachable and supportive, always willing to help with queries, documentation, or personal concerns. Professional Growth Opportunities: Employees get to work on modern technologies, challenging projects, and gain exposure to clients across various sectors in the Middle East. Positive Company Culture: The atmosphere is friendly and motivating — teamwork and respect are part of the daily routine.

Cons

Decision-Making Can Be Slow at Times: Due to multiple management layers, approvals or new initiatives may take longer than expected. Limited Onsite Opportunities: While there are some client-facing roles, international travel or relocation options are somewhat limited. Room for More Training Programs: Though the company provides good project exposure, adding more structured training or certifications could further boost employee development.
