Communication and interaction with the German shareholder company should be improved.

Collective is very nice and sincere. The company have enough respect among local clients. Perspectives to work for an international company while staying at home.

The salary is average in the local labour market, despite European ownership. The pace of implementation of new technologies and tools is sadly very slow.
