Poor management and toxic work culture - Patent Searcher IPD Analytics Employee Review

We have never let anyone go in a Patent Researcher role, nor have we ever employed a Patent Searcher in the New Delhi area. We have reason to believe that this post was from a candidate that recently interviewed, but did not receive an offer, representing themselves as an employee. Unfortunately, this individual was very unhappy they could not become part of the IPD team.
