They are clever enough to make their employees to write good on Glassdoor. Can someone imagine that "no right" but its true they make their employees to give better rating in-front of them.
Cons
Ask you to leave or we fire you is their attitude. Example: Technical resource: No project for one month then be ready to pack your bags Sales resource: Micromanage , newbie will generate the lead, mature the lead but reaped by sales director after firing newbie.Not only that they celebrate the win as if they worked hard to close it "Such a Shame" They do not follow law of the country: Example: Salary calculation=Salary/30days(instead of salary/22days) They will ask you to come early like 8 AM in morning but the timing is 9:30 that's not enough they put pressure to stay late. They embarrass you in front of others. Look for attrition rate For technical resource notice period is 3 Months Every employee has to sign bond of 20K SGD.By the way you have to pay when you leave but cant ask for same when they ask you to leave. I don't whether one sided bond is legal. Resources keep on flying from India to Singapore for 3 months to 6 months for projects but no proper enumeration.By the way you cannot say no to travel because you will be fired.But you get peanuts for the assignment.
