I have been with the company pretty much since the beginning and despite a few growing pains early on its been excellent. The company is growing rapidly and that is due to the great leadership.
Compensation is unsurpassed in the industry with plenty of room for growth and advancement.
Their training program is state of the art, all online with over 100 videos explaining every aspect of the sales portion of the job. Also attached to Grant Cardone's training portal with over 1500 videos worth of content. Has a military feel but needless to say very effective

Cons
At times the driving can be intense due to a high volume of appointments in the LA and desert areas. However like mentioned above the pay and the rest outweigh that
