      Pros

      The engineering team in India is top notch and will treat you with respect and get you the results you are looking for. They will take you out for lunch or dinner and even will sponsor a night on the town in Las Vegas when we were there for a conference.

      Cons

      Work life balance is terrible. We would work 12 hour days in the office and then be forced to get on a conference call with India every night, except Saturdays. They then tried to force the employees to work on the weekends with no increase in compensation and expect us to be fine with it. If you weren't in the office before 9am you got a disapproving glance and if you left before 5:30pm you got spoken to.

      Pros

      Great place to work in a small team atmosphere, many roles in your position. Growing with the company was a plus as you have a great mentor in the co-founders. I was able to pick up a lot of knowledge as we grew the company together.

      Cons

      No 401k benefits. Had some issues with working with technical team in India.

      Pros

      Great environment to work in. It is a small lean company that runs very efficiently. Great management that is very hands off and trust you with your responsibilities. Fun loving team that makes you welcomed.

      Cons

      The industry is ever changing and it is difficult to make the adjustments to the marketplace. While many other companies in the space left, Installmonetizer did its best to help its publishers and continue the business.
