Not too difficult and you are expected to work efficiently but within reason. You'll feel right at home I guess if you're from Sri Lanka.
Cons
If you have any background in design, you're looking into the wrong place. Getting paid minimum wage to design high ticket items like business cards and vehicle wraps is humiliating. Also, disorganization can lead to additional stress.
