They manage every second of your day! How long you’re on calls, how long in between calls and breaks….all whilst be able to access your screen. Using the bathroom counts as part of your unpaid break so make sure to time it otherwise it’ll be classed as a fail that week and 2 fails in a year means a disciplinary. Wrong information from the people who are suppose to be a ‘helpline’ so something always comes back to bite you…….yep, this means daily passive aggressive emails to let you know about your ‘mistakes’
