Poor Senior Management - Anonymous employee Integrity National Employee Review

From the CEO to the senior management team. They show poor process management, have displayed more concern for the bottom line then their employees. CEO isn’t transparent with the Ops team regarding company growth, new innovations and seems to “shoot from the hip” in managing the overall vision for the company. There’s no real auxiliary departments (HR, accounting, risk etc.) most of those departments are contracted out or overseas. On the Ops side; there’s no “SOP” to how they do business, no formal training provided to front line leaders. Everything is “figure it out yourself”. This company overall lacks vision, direction & willingness to invest in their employees.
