Abusive management towards male. Overall toxic. Only join if jobless

Workload is manageable, direct, and not difficult. Very little bureaucracy for medium size company. Good benefits for a SME, most stuff are claimable

Being a family-operated company, expected that management are made up by relatives as most family owned companies are. This limits progression. Politics are rampant amongst co-workers, below states a review written on 4 Oct 'Sales Executive' which no such person exist/resigned during that period who served 1<2 year other than myself and could only be presumed to be written by a CURRENT employee and/or mis/intentionally tagged as ex-employee? Something we'll never know as this is an anonymous feedback review. Even so, such feedback are easily trackable as headcounts are not huge in the company and rarely would anyone intelligent use their real title/department when doing a negative feedback via the anonymous channel. -DT
