Pros
True work/life balance, wonderful people, flexible schedule, great communication. Every single person I've worked with thus far, from fellow Account Managers, to team leads to the CEO of the company has been helpful and encouraging. It's obvious that everyone I've encountered truly loves working here. As long as you're doing your job well, there is no micro managing, but team leads are always available if you need help. Weekly check-ins help you feel connected to the rest of the team and even the CEO is available should anyone need him at any time.
Cons
Pay is a little low, but I consider the flexibility and positive environment part of the compensation package.
