Pros
- Possibly the most friendly and tightly knit group of people to work with. - Variety of projects is good, and since the team is small here you can get exposure to all of them. - The President is enacting a great deal of very positive change and morale has been better than ever.
Cons
- Speed and efficiency take a big hit due to reliance on Australian mothership. - Promotions are rare and raises are average to below average. - Management very hesitant to invest in technological infrastructure and would rather pass that on to the client on a per project basis.
