Awesome company with a great culture. Management wants what is best for you and fellow employees are always willing to help you out. Great Co-op to explore design and learn about the development and creation of a product manufacturing line.

Some slow days, but no more than what is expected at any co-op.

The employees are easy to work with and will help anybody at the drop of a hat. You get to see projects go from concept all the way to run-off. It's also a relatively low stress environment.

Compensation can be on the lower side so go for the bigger salary up front because pay increases are few and far between.
