I have been working at Ipsos part-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Very enjoyable, every member of staff is pleasent, great team to work in.

Cons

To be honest i cannot think of any at all, never a bad day as its a very busy environment to work in.

Advice to Management

Keep up the great work, give us temps more full time oppitunities.

    this company have strong focus on sales and business grow. top management are very number focused.

    Cons

    currently the company is going through a reform after the purchase of Synovate. It is not clear how the re-org is going to impact the company in the next few years.

    Work can be monotonous, level of arrogance about proprietary models/processes, weak HR representative
