Wanting us to come back to the office 2-3 days per week :/ but having a great team makes it easy.

Team leads / regional company leadership were generally approachable. Good work hours, generally workload on projects was well-estimated.

Work gets repetitive. Sometimes direction on projects is unclear, especially when projects are on one-off white papers -- seems quite ironical that the analysts working on the project will never get to be on client meetings to ask questions on project needs when the managers themselves can't provide the answers/ask the questions. A lot of fresh grads, but probably not a good place to begin a fulfilling career.
