Pros

There are no pros in this company they flex the name J P Morgan which is only name sake

Cons

1.Fake diversity scheme -employ women who are divorced, schemers, fake experience,no experience(being born a female is a criteria as they believe in the process of female selection -female is a stronger and wanted species here) 2.if you are male and are in product space be assured that the opposite gender will make your life miserable Management 3.Males who have completed 5 + years are insecure in the team and will not allow you to thrive in the team 4.No value for certifications in the space -CSPO,A-CSPO are not needed here as the entire product space is a bunch of partying illiterates- for them product means drinks and parties no focus on work 5.Nobody is certified to handle product management 6.only bloated egos run the workspace no room for professional practises 7.they assume you are robo they do not want your work life to be balanced

Pros

1. One of the best banks, heavy on tech and AI, that makes my life simple 2. Bonus is consistent every year 3. The company is highly social and multicultural. 4. A lot of training program to upskill and develop.

Cons

1. A lot of administrative items to take care of, a significant portion is spent on meetings, meetings are called to establish an agenda for next meetings, and so on. 2. Layoffs, all year round- sometimes significant, while in the middle of delivery. If your manager is off-site/ another city/country, you are more likely to be impacted. 3. Departments may have skewed gender or racial ratios. It is best to stay away to avoid discrimination (to be fair, this has less to do with culture and more to do with who the head of the department is).
